Nigerian artist Santi drops debut alté Afro fusion album Mandy & the Jungle
We've been admirers of Santi for sometime now and have watched his steady rise with each new release, perfecting his craft & image along the way. One of many emerging artists from the alté music scene, Santi blends Afro beat, dancehall, pop, rap, R&B & other genres to create his captivating sound. Most recent release (and debut album) Mandy & the Jungle consists of 16 tracks that demonstrate Santi's hit making ability and versatility as a creative.
Santi enlisted the talents of seasoned & upcoming producers such as Odunsi, Genio Bambino, Le Mav, Higo, 1takennandos as well as artists like DRAM, Goldlink, krisirie, Nonso Amadi, Tay Iwar, tomiagape, amaarae (to name a few), putting together a strong roster to say the least.
"Sparky", "Freaky" (feat. BRIDGE & Nonso Amadi & "Rapid Fire" (feat. Shane Eagle & amaarae) made their way on the project as well. Great standalone singles that also flow well with Mandy & the Jungle's track list.
